Double Grind
This hint only works on the roller coaster on the Boardwalk level. When you are on the roller coaster, jump and press up, up, up, and then grind.

Unlock All Levels
Select "Cheats" from the options Menu and enter the following. You'll automatically be returned to the Options Menu after entering a code correctly. Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A.
