To get this course, you need to either beat the Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond Cups on all Difficulties (incuding Master) or beat the Diamond Cup on the Master Difficulty.

To unlock the final vehicle, you need to beat Chapter 9 in Story Mode on the Very Hard Difficulty.

AX Course #2: Meteor Stream
To get this course, you need to either beat the Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond Cups on all Difficulties (including Master) or beat the Diamond Cup on the Master Difficulty.

To get this unlockable, you need to purchase all five of the AX Courses.

AX Course #6: Sonic Oval
To get this course, you need to beat the AX Cup on the Novice Difficulty. (This course is an exact replica of Story Mode's Chapter 1 course. It will be added to the AX Cup, but you won't be able to play it when used in the Grand Prix, only the five original AX Courses can be used)
