Tiburon Speedway Track
Use a memory card with a saved file from an EA Sports 2003 game.

Thunder Plates
Select the Thunder Challenge or Lightning Challenge at the game mode screen. Complete the various challenges to get new Thunder Plates.

Unlock Car Themes And Track Themes
If you pick you favorite car (not created) and some of the paint jobs are locked, right? To unlock your favorite drivers car paint job, do a quick race at veteran or legend level. Pick any track (I recommend DAYTONA or Tallagdaga since they're big). If you win, you get a new paint job for the driver you won with and a new event with the track you won at.

Unlock New Paint Scheme
Use a driver with a paint scheme and win a race on veteran or legend to unlock a new paint scheme.

Unlock Richard Petty
Enter Richard Petty as your name when you create a driver.

Qualify Better
If you have trouble qualifying well, go to thunder laps and earn a better start. Depending on how well you do, you can earn a +20% +50% or an automatic poll position. But these thunder plates are only for quick races.
